Lease or Sell your land for hunting
The success of our business depends on our landowners. Without the landowners we
would seize to exist as well as the opportunity of outdoorsmen to obtain quality
leases. We believe we can create a symbiotic relationship with the landowners by
providing them with extra income, crop damage reduction, peace of mind, and land
access frustrations.
Standard Lease
Our standard lease is the most basic of our leasing scenarios. This lease is done
directly between the primary land owner or leaser and the sportsman or lease. A
standard lease is like an advertisement for your property. You will fill out a brief
worksheet that describes your land for sale/lease with pictures (optional). Landowners for a limited time submit your standard lease for FREE until it sells! Normally it is $25.00!
Managed Lease
Managed leases put the field agent in contact with the outdoorsman (May vary between
states). Let the field agent take the responsibility and hassle of leasing your
land for you. Hunting Scouts will provide both the landowner and the outdoorsman
with legal contracts. Hunting Scouts will take care of all the paper work. On a
managed lease HuntingScouts will charge a 20% fee for this service that will be based on the
final gross sale price of the lease. You will only incur a fee if we sell your lease.
